an invitation to explore & practice the art of participatory leadership
The cracks. It seems that wherever we look, old systems and power structures are shaking, while communities and cultures seek to understand and navigate multiple, interconnected systemic issues: rising cost of living, emerging technologies reshaping health, education and culture, and worsening climate and biodiversity crises.
The need. Many of us experience these issues in our personal lives, institutions, and cultures. However, we often lack the opportunity and space to collaborate and work together to address them. One element of meeting this need is to have people at all levels of our society equipped with skills and willingness to invite, facilitate and collect insights from conversations on the emerging edge of our culture. These conversations may be at the kitchen table, the water cooler, within and across organisations or part of our wider civic space. The invitation. This training is an invitation to explore, learn and practice ways to grow our capacity to invite, host and harvest the conversations that matter at the emerging edge of our culture today. |
